Terms and Conditions for Booking at Hotel Golden Orchid, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh, India

  1. Booking Procedure:

    • To make a reservation, guests must fill out the online booking form available on our website.
    • Confirmation of the booking will be sent to the email provided upon successful completion of the booking process.
    • All bookings are subject to availability.

  2. Room Types and Rates:

    • We offer seven types of rooms, namely Standard, Deluxe, Executive, Suite, Family Suite, Presidential Suite, and Royal Suite.
    • The rates displayed on the website are per room, per night, and inclusive of all applicable taxes.
    • Rates may vary based on factors such as room type, seasonality, and demand.

  3. Payment Policy:

    • A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking.
    • Payment for the entire stay is due at the time of booking.
    • We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.
    • Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled upon check-out.

  4. Cancellation and Modification:

    • Cancellations made x days prior to the arrival date will incur no charges.
    • Cancellations made within x days of the arrival date will be subject to a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
    • Modifications to the booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  5. Check-in and Check-out:

    • Check-in time is from x PM onwards, and check-out time is by x AM.
    • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  6. Guest Responsibility:

    • Guests are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.
    • Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged to the credit card on file.
    • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who violates hotel policies or behaves in a disruptive manner.

  7. Liability:

    • The hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the stay.
    • Guests are advised to secure their valuables and use the in-room safe provided.
    • The hotel is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or acts of terrorism.

  8. Privacy Policy:

    • The information provided during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of completing the reservation and will not be shared with third parties.

  9. Miscellaneous:

    • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel.
    • Pets are not allowed on the premises.
